The Practice is excited to announce 2 Education Events for patients with Diabetes.
X-PERT First Steps Diabetes Education Programme is one off 2.5 hour group education session designed to deliver first line information about diabetes. The aim is to give people information, knowledge and hopefully the confidence to make life style changes and how to manage their diabetes.
Sessions are friendly and informal.
