Consultation Period: Monday 16th July 2018 through to Wednesday 19th September 2018

The practice underwent a consultation period to seek views on our proposals to combine services under one roof in order to offer the best service to all our patients. This consultation period ran from Monday 16th July 2018 through to Wednesday 19th September 2018. The Primary Care Commissioning Committee made the decision to approve the proposal to close our branch site, Wollaston Surgery, Bridgnorth Rd, DY8 3PA.  The last working day at Wollaston Surgery was Friday 12th April 2019.

We recognise the concerns that were raised about this change these concerns were considered as part of the decision making process and I want to reassure you that as a practice we are committed to preserving high quality general practice for this area and want to work to try and resolve the concerns raised by the local community.

All of our doctors, practice nurses and administrative staff will continue to work for us but will be based together, under the one roof at Stourbridge Health & Social Care Centre. Your registration with the practice will not be affected and you will still be able to be seen by our doctors and nurses at the Health Centre.  All of the previously run clinics will continue but at the one site, there will be no reduction in availability of doctor or nurse appointments.

We want to continue to provide care for you at our practice following a seamless and safe transition.

This will be a time of change for all of us at Three Villages Medical Practice and we will all work extremely hard to minimise the disruption to you all. We are grateful for your understanding during this time.

Yours sincerely

Dr Tapparo   Dr Foulds   Dr Robinson
